黄海洪

 

黄海洪,中国医学科学院药物研究所合成药物化学研究室研究员,博士生导师。

1989年本科毕业于北京师范大学化学系,1992年硕士研究生毕业于南开大学化学系物理有机化学专业,同年加入中国医学科学院药物研究所,历任实习研究员、助理研究员、副研究员、研究员,先后从事仿制药和创新药的研究与开发。2009年至2010年在美国特拉华大学 (University of Delaware) 化学与生化系做访问学者,从事生物活性天然产物的结构改造与全合成工作。2010年在美国全球结核病药物研发联盟(Global TB Alliance)负责抗结核新药研发的项目管理。自2002年起先后主持承担2项国家科技部“863”计划课题、国家自然科学基金和北京市自然科学基金课题、2项北京市科委创新药物临床前研究课题、4项国家新药创制科技重大专项课题、抗结核新药研发国际合作项目,以及医科院医学与健康科技创新工程课题,其中负责的具有自主知识产权的抗类风湿性关节炎1类新药盐酸氯苯哌酮、抗耐药结核1类新药吡法齐明已进入临床研究。近年来以通讯联系人或第一作者发表论文30余篇,获得12项国内外专利授权。

研究方向:

抗耐药结核、抗炎免疫、抗糖尿病、抗肿瘤等治疗领域的创新药物研究,涉及药物分子设计与合成、活性天然产物的结构优化、新药研发项目的跨学科综合管理。
