研究方向

研究方向为心脑血管及神经药理学与新药发现,主要从事心脑血管和抗炎免疫等分子靶点的发现和确证、药物筛选模型建立及筛选、活性化合物评价及机制研究等工作。主要研究内容包括:
1. 基于组蛋白去乙酰化酶的药物靶点确证及创新药物发现;
2. 神经修复相关脑卒中和多发性硬化的机制研究、新的药物作用靶点及药物发现;
3. 中药民族药的心脑血管系统作用、靶点及机制研究。
