研究方向

主要开展天然药物合成生物学研究,通过天然药物生物合成基因的挖掘及其酶的表征,对其生物合成途径进行解析,在酵母中构建生物合成途径,通过微生物细胞工厂高效生产天然药物,拓展药物来源。
1. 高活性非天然人参皂苷的合成生物学研究:在对天然人参皂苷生物合成途径进行设计及改造的基础上,在酿酒酵母中构建非天然人参皂苷的生物合成途径,获得高产工程菌,通过微生物细胞工厂实现高活性非天然人参皂苷的绿色生物制造。
2. 通过工程菌生产蛋白类药物的研究:克隆或人工合成蝎毒蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶等蛋白类药物基因,将其转入大肠杆菌或酵母细胞,获得高产工程菌,通过基因工程技术探索蛋白类药物生产的新途径。
